Quiz\u00e1s es un poco arriesgado afinar tanto a la docena, pero es indiscutible que\u00a0la <strong>c\u00faspide organizacional<\/strong> es la \u00fanica estructura capaz de modificar, de forma importante, la cultura y la mentalidad en una organizaci\u00f3n y que el proceso a trav\u00e9s del cual se ha de realizar esta adaptaci\u00f3n es el<strong> liderazgo activo<\/strong>, aspecto que vamos a abordar m\u00e1s adelante.<\/p>\n<p>La transformaci\u00f3n a la que nos referimos implica, de forma inevitable,\u00a0una mayor <strong>apertura y transparencia<\/strong> en un esfuerzo de <strong>comunicaci\u00f3n integral<\/strong> que acerque la organizaci\u00f3n a sus <strong>p\u00fablicos<\/strong>, internos y externos, y humanice esta relaci\u00f3n.
