Su importancia como consumidores y como fuerza laboral hace que sea inevitable contar con ellos en cualquier proceso de <strong>planificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p>Pero \u00bfqui\u00e9n son estos millennials? Reciben esta denominaci\u00f3n aquellos j\u00f3venes nacidos, aproximadamente, entre 1982 y 1998, es decir, los miembros de la <strong>generaci\u00f3n Y<\/strong>. Presentan caracter\u00edsticas comunes, que les distinguen de generaciones anteriores, tales como su <strong>estilo de vida<\/strong> desapegado con las obligaciones tradicionales pero <strong>comprometido<\/strong> con su entorno, su informaci\u00f3n e <strong>hiperconexi\u00f3n<\/strong> continua, su <strong>ambici\u00f3n<\/strong>, su pasi\u00f3n por la <strong>tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>, su confianza y optimismo, su claridad de <strong>ideas<\/strong> y <!--more-->metas y su alto nivel de <strong>preparaci\u00f3n y conocimiento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El 58 % de ellos esperan no permanecer m\u00e1s de tres a\u00f1os en su actual puesto de trabajo, son menos adeptos a trabajar en equipo, menos organizados y valoran mucho la flexibilidad de horarios ya que se concentran s\u00f3lo en los resultados. Tienen una gran <strong>creatividad<\/strong> y aportan ideas innovadoras. Su actitud es el resultado de la aplicaci\u00f3n de dos mensajes durante su infancia: <em>\u00abded\u00edcate a aquello que te haga feliz\u00bb<\/em> y <em>\u00abdisfruta de la vida\u00bb<\/em>, familiar el primero y social el segundo.<\/p>\n<p>En el post <a href=\"https:\/\/www.huripari.com\/index.php\/2016\/09\/12\/hacia-a-donde-vamos\/\"><em>Futuro inmediato de las organizaciones<\/em><\/a> hablamos ya de los millennials y de la <strong>necesidad<\/strong> que ten\u00edan las organizaciones tradicionales de incluirlos en sus plantillas si quer\u00edan lograr una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.huripari.com\/index.php\/2016\/09\/01\/transformacion-real-de-las-organizaciones\/\">transformaci\u00f3n real<\/a> y la obligaci\u00f3n que tendr\u00edan \u00e9stas de aportar <strong>\u00e9tica y transparencia<\/strong> en su gesti\u00f3n para lograr las satisfacci\u00f3n y lealtad de aquellos.<\/p>\n<p>A este respecto, se dan varias circunstancias\u00a0que hacen que el inter\u00e9s de estas organizaciones tradicionales aumente actualmente. Por un lado, la crisis econ\u00f3mica global y la restricci\u00f3n de los gastos en aquellas han frenado su ritmo de contrataci\u00f3n de personal, normalmente joven, lo que ha producido un <strong>envejecimiento de sus plantillas<\/strong>.
