La distinci\u00f3n que hac\u00edamos entre la<strong> transformaci\u00f3n necesaria, decidida y eficaz<\/strong> que las grandes organizaciones necesitan y el postureo al que nos tienen acostumbrados\u00a0simulando que min\u00fasculos cambios llevan a una transformaci\u00f3n \u00fatil, qued\u00f3 perfectamente definida con cuatro palabras que, a su vez, \u00e9l hab\u00eda o\u00eddo en una de las sesiones formativas de su empresa: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.huripari.com\/index.php\/2016\/08\/31\/transformacion-real-de-las-organizaciones\/\">real transformation <\/a>vs corporate theatre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-173 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.huripari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/image-5-300x218.jpeg\" alt=\"image\" width=\"300\" height=\"218\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.huripari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/image-5-300x218.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.huripari.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/image-5.jpeg 522w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Me encant\u00f3 la idea de contraponer ambas situaciones y, sobre todo, el inmenso significado que aporta el concepto <strong>teatro corporativo<\/strong>. En un mundo en el que las situaciones corren por delante de nosotros, exigiendo nuestra r\u00e1pida y continua adaptaci\u00f3n, todav\u00eda hay l\u00edderes, mejor jefes o directivos, que juegan pol\u00edticamente con peque\u00f1os cambios dirigidos a la grada \u00a0para simular esa adaptaci\u00f3n necesaria que, en el fondo, solamente delata sus miedos al cambio y su incapacidad para liderar personas.<\/p>\n<p>Expresiones como \u00abcambio sin riesgos\u00bb, \u00abprobar primero\u00bb, \u00abpoco a poco\u00bb, \u00abno tocar lo que funciona\u00bb o \u00aba ver si la fastidiamos\u00bb son elementos que confirman, en una organizaci\u00f3n, que se ha convertido en un <strong>dinosaurio<\/strong>, simplemente porque los que la dirigen lo son tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>En un entorno cambiante, en el que la velocidad de adaptaci\u00f3n es ya un requisito de supervivencia, el teatro corporativo solo significa ineficiencia y atraso. El cambio adaptativo, la<strong> transformaci\u00f3n real<\/strong>, debe ser un <strong>proceso valiente, decidido y constante<\/strong>. Su <strong>planificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> debe tener,\u00a0a su vez, las mismas caracter\u00edsticas y su ejecuci\u00f3n debe ser impulsada y controlada por la <strong>c\u00faspide<\/strong> de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para esta transformaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo hay un camino, el de la <strong>innovaci\u00f3n y la disrupci\u00f3n<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s del <strong>talento y la creatividad<\/strong>,\u00a0dando importancia a lo <strong>digital<\/strong> como tendencia inequ\u00edvoca hacia la que se dirige todo.
